Coaching For Pregnant and First Time Mother's

As your coach I  will guide you to your own connection within, to your light. I will teach you with love to have awareness to your own growth and expansion. I will help you map out what it is you truly need and give you tools to achieve your goals without fear. I will teach you to witness yourself in open arms of love and find true acceptance of self. To move fearlessly forward in honor of your passion, purpose and honoring your truest self and path of divine light. I will teach you to move fearlessly forward outside of chaos, anger, pain, trauma, anxiety or depression ultimately working through all maternal mental health struggles. To trust yourself as you embark on this new journey as a first time mother.   In this connection, I will hold space for you to release all the blocks and old beliefs that are no longer serving you and assist you in finding tools to begin to honor who you are outside of all those layers and honor your truth and alignment within. To guide you to embrace Motherhood with confidence and as much inner peace as possible, finding safety and structure in your new roles as parents and in the home.
