Energy and Sound Healing

In conjuction with my coaching sessions I offer energy healing to assist you in transmuting all the toxic energy you have been holding onto through the experiences of your life (trauma, loss, pain, anxiety, maternal mental health struggles, PPD, fertility treatment etc.) When we experience stressors in our lives we tend to hold them in our bodies which over time this builds up to physical and energetic blockages (headaches, diseases, backaches, muscle tension, issues with creation or forward movement etc.)  I will create a sacred space and loving environment connecting to the light to create a warmth of being held and supported unconditionally while you receive this blessing and clearing. You will feel a warmth and soothing sensation in your body with the combination of healing techniques and using a calming, and nurturing voice. Using sound healing and guided meditation to assist you in clearing energy and hold you in a bubble of complete protection, safety, and pure loving warmth so you can come through .
