Couples Coaching Sessions

As a couple, you are embarking on a new chapter. One that is exciting but filled with many unknowns and can add more stress and many questions to each partner. I know challenges can come when each partner has their own experience around this, fears, doubts, worries, or even ideas of how to shift into this new stage of life. I want each partner to feel validated in their own experience and hold space for each of you to find inner peace as well as peace together as a couple.  I believe in the whole, the transparency, the center awareness. Each member has something to give, heal, and learn together as a collective you are bending what you knew and I am here to guide you all back within yourselves to discover who you are in this new family dynamic. In this new energy as a whole. Let's connect and be aware of what is calling you all together in this beautiful sacred center point. Healing all the old, leaving it behind with gentleness and love stretching yourselves to see, hear, and understand your soul's path together as an overall unit.
